Job summary

Community Health Network seeks an Ambulatory Triage Registered Nurse to support OB/GYN care from a remote/home-based setting, with travel to the north/Castleton office during training or in-office work. The role emphasizes intake of new pregnant patients, phone triage, education, and care coordination.

Ideal candidates are RN licensed in Indiana with 3+ years nursing, plus Labour & Delivery or OB/GYN experience. EPIC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN/CCNE/ACEN or NLN CNEA accredited nursing program or equivalent nursing experience (3+ years).
• Licensed RN in Indiana (NLC) to practice.
• Three+ years of nursing experience required.
• Labor and Delivery experience required.
• OB/GYN experience highly preferred.
• Previous medical office/outpatient experience preferred.
• Phone triage experience a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent team skills.
• Compassionate and caring.
• Accountable and self-directed.
• EPIC experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Intake of newly pregnant patients.
