Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) to evaluate AI-generated clinical content and health IT outputs. You will review EHR workflows, identify gaps, and provide expert feedback to ensure AI aligns with nursing practice and patient care standards.

This remote hourly contract role offers flexible scheduling and independent work. Ideal candidates have RN credentials, hands-on informatics experience, and strong written communication skills to influence AI health care

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent with hands-on clinical informatics experience
• Experience with EHR systems and clinical documentation workflows
• Strong analytical thinking to assess AI outputs against nursing practices
• Detail-oriented with consistent evaluation standards
• Clear and effective written communicator
• Comfortable working independently on task-based assignments

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical content, EHR workflows, and health informatics outputs for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability
• Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI-generated nursing and clinical documentation
• Provide structured expert feedback on how well AI systems reflect genuine nursing practice and patient care standards
• Assess the usability and clinical soundness of AI-designed health information system recommendations
• Apply knowledge of EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner) to evaluate alignment with real clinical documentation workflows
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
