Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; nursing degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a specialized area related to nursing review.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client-service focus and ability to work with internal/external clients.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a changing environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Apply subject-matter expertise to review information, interpret data, and make recommendations.
• Provide excellent service and support to internal and external clients.
• Prepare reports and program materials accurately and within deadlines.
• Research and resolve technical, procedural, and subject-matter issues.
• Serve as a resource for assigned projects and escalate complex matters.
• Collaborate across departments to meet client needs and deliver services.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
• Help develop and implement SOPs and departmental procedures.
• Assist with planning of special projects and initiatives.
• Support management with escalations and training.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to problem solving.
• Protect confidential information and follow security requirements.
