Job summary

Withings Medical Group is seeking a Telehealth NP to join the ACCESS program as its first clinical hire. You will shape workflows, protocols and care standards for scaled virtual cardiometabolic care, partnering directly with the Medical Director.

This part-time 1099 independent contractor role is remote, with a path to full-time salaried status as patient volume grows toward 1,000+; great for someone who wants to help build a new clinical program from day one.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in good standing; IMLC/eNLC preferred; willing to obtain licensure in target states within 90 days.
• Board certification through ANCC or AANP as Family, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care, or Adult-Gerontology Acute Care NP.
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience in primary care, internal medicine, endocrinology, cardiology, or geriatrics.
• Comfort with telehealth or digital care delivery; screen-based, asynchronous-forward environment.
• Strong documentation discipline and familiarity with EHR systems.
• Excellent independent clinical judgment; able to make decisions without a physician in the room.
• US residency (all 50 states and US territories).

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual medical evaluations via video, phone, and asynchronous forms.
• Create and manage holistic care plans for obesity, dyslipidemia, hypertension, ASCVD, CKD, and pre/diabetes.
• Prescribe or manage medications per clinical protocol; collaborate under CPPAs where required.
• Triaging device-triggered alerts for ER referral or titration adjustments during business hours.
• Provide warm handoffs to referring clinicians in urgent situations.
