Job summary

Medix is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to provide remote, age-appropriate virtual histories and examinations for both pediatric and adult patients in urgent care and family practice contexts.

The ideal candidate holds an active NP license, a Master's in Family NP, current APRN licensure with multi-state permissions, at least 3 years of experience, autonomous practice, and a home office with suitable equipment.

Qualifications

• Active licensed NP.
• Graduate of a Master's Degree level accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Program.
• Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure.
• 3+ years of clinical experience in a family practice or urgent care setting.
• Ability to practice independently (autonomous practice) with active prescriptive authority permissions.
• Must possess active multi-state licenses (single-state license candidates cannot be considered).
• Must provide your own home office IT equipment meeting technical requirements.

Schedule and Shift Options:

• Part-Time: 20 hours per week (Weekday shifts between 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM local time; every other weekend, Saturday & Sunday, 8 hours/day).
• Modified Full-Time: 32 hours per week (Weekday shifts 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM local time; every other weekend, Saturday & Sunday, 8 hours/day).
• Full-Time: 40 hours per week (Weekday shifts 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM local time; every fourth weekend, Saturday & Sunday, 8 hours/day).

Compensation:

Example: for 5 visits each hour, you would make $76.5/hr
