AccentCare is looking for a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner specializing in Palliative Care. This remote/virtual position involves developing clinical care plans and close patient monitoring, ensuring exceptional care for those with chronic and terminal illnesses.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred.
• Active DEA license in the state where care is being provided.
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement clinical plans of care for patients with chronic and terminal illnesses.
• Monitor patient progress and update the Medical Director and team members.
• Prescribe medication as permitted by the state and/or the State Board of Nursing.
