Job summary

JumpstartMD, Inc. is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Telehealth role focused on weight management, metabolic health, and preventive care.

You will conduct 1:1 consultations and manage hormone therapy and other protocols through the JumpstartMD program. This remote position requires licensure in TX, CA or FL, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, document patient records, and support ongoing care plans while meeting

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in TX, CA or FL.
• Master’s degree from an accredited NP/PA program.
• DEA registration, OIG clearance and NPI number required.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 telehealth consultations for weight management and metabolic health.
• Conduct 1:1 consultations for hormone replacement therapy per JumpstartMD program.
• Learn and integrate additional care protocols including lipid testing and biomarker assessments.
• Provide routine patient care, exams, screenings, and medication management.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and order/evaluate labs as needed.
• Perform follow-up communications and respond to post-visit inquiries.
• Adhere to policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics.
• Support team with clinical questions and training as needed.
