Workit Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in California for remote telemedicine care focused on addiction treatment. You will collaborate with physicians to deliver whole-person care, conduct evaluations, and manage medications for substance use disorders.

Formación

• 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Active California NP/PA license in good standing.
• Experience prescribing SUD medications.
• Experience with harm reduction principles.
• Active DEA license.

Responsabilidades

• Co-facilitate telemedicine appointments with clinicians and patients.
• Conduct new patient evaluations and create treatment plans.
• Prescribe and monitor medications for OUD and AUD.
• Provide patient education and referrals as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and HIPAA/42 CFR Part II standards.
• Maintain accurate EMR records and ensure quality care.
