Job summary

Boulder Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to join their fully remote team, focusing on harm reduction for opioid use disorder. This full-time position requires independent care management and prior experience with buprenorphine prescriptions. Boulder Care offers a competitive salary range of $130k–$140k, health benefits, 4 weeks vacation, and an inclusive work culture. Candidates must reside in one of the eligible states and hold the necessary licensure.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an independent outpatient setting where you regularly prescribed buprenorphine.
• Reside in one of the specified states with an active NP license.
• Ability to work 30-40 hours per week with various shift options.

Responsibilities

• Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment for opioid use disorder.
• Deliver medication and care in a fully remote outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery.
