Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Note Finance Analyst to support day-to-day administration, validation, and monitoring of Note Finance collateral and borrower reporting. The role entails detailed reviews of borrower data, collateral documentation, borrowing base support, and operational processes to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in lending operations, loan administration, collateral management, or related areas.
• Experience reviewing financial data, loan documentation, or collateral records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Borrower Data Tape Reviews: Review data tapes for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to reporting requirements.
• Validate key loan-level information including balances, borrower information, collateral values, lien positions, and reporting attributes.
• Identify discrepancies, exceptions, and data quality concerns needing review.
• Maintain supporting documentation and evidence of completed reviews.
• Escalate unresolved issues and reporting anomalies to management.
