DataAnnotation is seeking a Norwegian linguist to evaluate AI on translation, localization, and cultural nuance across real projects. You’ll review outputs, rate quality, and contribute to training future AI systems.

This is a fully remote, project-based role with flexible hours. compensation up to $40/hr, with potential for higher annual income depending on task complexity and availability.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in languages or a closely related field.
• Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.

Responsibilities

• Review what frontier models produce on real languages tasks and rate the quality.
• Bring your Norwegian linguist judgment: find the errors, explain the failure, and score the reasoning.
• Write the better answer when the model falls short: clear, correct, and genuinely useful.
