Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Procurement Operations Manager, North America, to ensure accurate and cost-effective procurement execution across the region. This remote role collaborates with Category Management, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, SPE, and suppliers to drive operational excellence and reduce risk.

You will report to the Senior Director, Supply Chain Operations and OpEx and will own procurement dashboards, monitor supplier performance, and lead Kaizen and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, business, engineering or related area.
• 6+ years of procurement or supply chain operations experience.
• Experience with RFQ processes, cost analysis and supplier management.
• Experience with ERP and procurement systems SAP ECC/S4 and Ariba.
• Manufacturing, automotive, industrial or consumer goods experience preferred.
• APICS CPIM or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with should-cost modeling and cost engineering principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ process North America including requirements gathering and bid analysis.
• Own end-to-end PO lifecycle, supplier communications, and issue resolution.
• Monitor supplier acknowledgements, lead times, deliveries, and discrepancies.
• Maintain procurement dashboards and KPI tracking for open orders and supplier performance.
• Drive process improvements to reduce cycle time and increase data accuracy.
• Lead root-cause analysis for delays and late deliveries.
