Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Node.js Developer to design and implement server-side applications using Node.js, building scalable back-end services and APIs for web and mobile projects.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and leverage modern JavaScript, ES6+, and Git in a fully remote, worldwide team with flexible hours and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Node.js development.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with API development and integration.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and ES6+ features.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Node.js applications, demonstrating advanced problem-solving skills and coding proficiency.
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices architectures to support web and mobile applications.
• Implement efficient database schemas and queries to optimize data access and storage.
• Integrate third-party services and external APIs to enhance application functionality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing server-side applications to improve performance.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to improve overall code quality.
