DashLabs LLC seeks a Natural Language Processing Specialist to advance AI projects by building and refining language understanding systems. You will collaborate with AI researchers and data scientists to deploy robust NLP pipelines and models.

The role requires hands-on experience with Python, NLTK, spaCy, and Transformers, plus strong linguistic insight and data preprocessing skills. Remote-USA availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience developing NLP algorithms and models for language understanding.
• Proficient in Python and NLP libraries (NLTK, spaCy, Transformers).
• Solid grasp of linguistic concepts, word embeddings, and sequence models.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI Researchers and Data Scientists to implement advanced NLP models.
• Build data-driven solutions for extracting and understanding human language from text and speech.
• Develop techniques for information extraction, sentiment analysis, NER, and text classification.
• Fine-tune pre-trained language models and develop custom models for project needs.
• Preprocess and clean textual data to ensure high-quality analysis.
• Integrate NLP capabilities into AI models and systems across teams.
• Stay updated on NLP/AI advances and explore innovative methods.
• Create interactive visualizations to present NLP insights to analysts.
