Job summary

Empower Mental Health seeks a Neuropsychologist to provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for individuals with personal injuries via telehealth. The role emphasizes cognitive, emotional, and psychological assessment and the preparation of clear, detailed reports for clinical, insurance, or legal use.

The ideal candidate will have licensed status in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and PSYPACT eligibility, with experience in trauma or forensic evaluations.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology and licensure required.
• PSYPACT authorization/eligibility required for cross-jurisdictional practice.
• Training and experience in neuropsychological assessment and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for personal injury cases.
• Assess cognitive domains (attention, memory, processing speed, executive function, language, visuospatial abilities).
• Evaluate emotional, behavioral, and psychological factors affecting cognition.
• Review medical, psychological, educational, occupational, and legal records as appropriate.
• Select, administer, and interpret standardized neuropsychological tests.
• Prepare detailed, clinically written evaluation reports for clinical, insurance, disability, or legal purposes.
• Collaborate with attorneys, medical professionals, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards.
