Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc., Rahway, NJ, USA is seeking an experienced Clinical Site Manager to oversee monitoring and site management for multi-site trials. In this role you will ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, sponsor SOPs, local regulations, and study protocols while building strong relationships with investigators and site staff.

You will manage regulatory documentation in CTMS/eTMF, support site start-up, maintenance and close-out, and act as SME to share best practices.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor’s in science with 5+ years healthcare/site management experience.
• Direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO preferred.
• Neurology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong site relationships across all trial phases.
• Perform site management and monitoring per ICH-GCP and sponsor SOPs.
• Coordinate tasks across sponsor roles to achieve site readiness.
• Manage regulatory documentation and site performance issues.
