Responsibilities

• Ship the unpretentious DHCP features that move Growth Partners's technology roadmap forward.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technology roadmap discussions.
• Integrate third-party services and internal tools into the Growth Partners stack.
• Scale Growth Partners's CompTIA Security+ services from Ann Arbor pilot to MI-wide rollout.
• Reproduce the ruthlessly-focused bug from the Ann Arbor field report, then make it impossible again.
• Carry features from whiteboard sketch to Ann Arbor, MI production without dropping the baton.
• Tune Coaching queries until the MI database stops timing out under load.
• Mentor the senior cohort through their first real VLAN on-call at Growth Partners.
