Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking a Network Engineer to deploy and manage complex WAN and edge connectivity solutions across diverse customer environments. You will configure Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN (vManage, vEdge/cEdge), Meraki MX/MS/MR, and Cradlepoint NetCloud.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years hands-on data networking or network engineering in large-scale projects or national/international deployments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN including vManage, policy control, and routing.
• Experience with Microsoft-based desktops and mobile devices.
• Experience with Cisco Meraki MX, MS, MR platforms.
• Experience with Cradlepoint NetCloud ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, TCP/IP) and VPNs.
• Experience supporting distributed environments and remote site connectivity.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience with Starlink deployment and satellite connectivity is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN solutions (vManage, vEdge/cEdge).
• Configure and maintain Cisco Meraki environments (MX, MS, MR).
• Implement and support Cradlepoint routers using NetCloud Manager.
• Integrate LTE/5G and satellite connectivity into enterprise networks.
• Provide real-time remote support to field technicians during installations and cutovers.
• Assist with validation, turn-ups, and issue resolution during live deployments.
• Support multiple customer networks with prioritization and communication.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, standards, and security requirements.
