Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a NetSuite Functional Consultant to work remotely. The role focuses on optimizing NetSuite environments, configuring core processes, and delivering high‑quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

You will guide development, stay current with NetSuite releases, and support WMS, manufacturing, and SCM areas to maximize client ROI. The position requires 3–5 years of NetSuite experience, strong manufacturing module knowledge, and a proactive, client‑facing delivery

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of strong NetSuite functional experience.
• Solid expertise in Manufacturing modules including WMS, Advanced Manufacturing, RF‑SMART, WIP, Routings, BOM, Demand Planning, MRP, QMS, and Standard Costing.
• Experience in system configuration, requirements gathering, and client‑facing projects.
• Familiarity with workflows, custom fields, and basic financial processes (e.g., electronic bank payments).
• Fast‑paced delivery mindset suitable for Managed Services projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on NetSuite.
• Work with customers to define objectives and outcomes for work packets and ensure alignment.
• Complete work packets in a timely manner with proper documentation and communication to SSMs and CSMs.
• Configure and optimize core NetSuite processes including Order to Cash, Design to Build, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report.
• Provide guidance on customization specifications for the development team.
• Maintain expert‑level knowledge of NetSuite, including new releases and functionality.
• Deliver solutions that maximize client NetSuite investments and achieve business goals.
• Support clients in NetSuite areas such as WMS, Manufacturing, SCM, Demand Planning, SuiteBilling, ARM, etc.
• Manage multiple short‑term deliverables while maintaining high‑quality output.
