Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on NetSuite administration and technical experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of operations, supply chain, and inventory management.
• Hands-on MRP experience.
• SuiteScript development and NetSuite configuration experience.
• MuleSoft integration experience, including troubleshooting data flows between NetSuite and connected systems.
• Analyst mindset with the ability to understand business processes and recommend practical improvements.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and a service-oriented approach to end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for NetSuite help desk requests, troubleshooting issues and communicating with end users.
• Configure and enhance NetSuite to support operations, supply chain, inventory management, and MRP.
• Develop and maintain SuiteScript customizations and workflow improvements.
• Support integrations connecting NetSuite, MuleSoft, and external operational and 3PL systems.
• Partner with business users to gather requirements, prioritize the enhancement backlog, and translate needs into system changes.
• Test enhancements and integration changes, document updates, and guide users through new functionality.
