Peraton seeks a hands-on .NET Software Developer to enhance a critical financial web app. You will design, develop, test, and secure features using .NET Framework, C#, JavaScript, and SOAP/XML integrations.

The role supports RETA for GSA PBS, with remote work options and EST hours, partnering with agile teams to deliver reliable software. Strong experience in IIS, ADO.NET, Oracle, and OO design is expected, along with testing, reviews, and deployment support.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with significant professional experience.
• 8+ years in web applications and integrations in JavaScript/C#/ASP.NET.
• Experience building secure, scalable financial applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test features for a .NET web app.
• Implement front-end interactivity with JavaScript/jQuery.
• Develop secure server-side logic in C# with OO design.
• Build SOAP services and XML integrations with financial systems.
• Optimize ADO.NET data access and Oracle SQL/PL/SQL.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Write unit tests, perform code reviews, support deployments.
• Investigate production issues and optimize performance.
• Collaborate to translate complex financial requirements into software.
• Maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures.
