The contractor will design nephrology scenarios, evaluate AI outputs, and collaborate with researchers to enhance AI reliability while delivering practical insights within a flexible 20–40 hour weekly commitment.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent; active practice within the last 3+ years.
• Board certification in Nephrology.
• Strong grasp of renal medicine — CKD, dialysis, transplant nephrology, glomerular diseases.
• Skilled in articulating complex medical reasoning in clear, patient-friendly language.
• Excellent written and spoken English; familiarity with digital medical tools is a plus.
• Education from a top-tier institution (e.g., Harvard, Stanford, UCSF, Oxford, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design and solve advanced clinical scenarios reflecting nephrology practice, from acute kidney injury and CKD management to complex electrolyte and acid-base disturbances.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for diagnostic accuracy, clinical judgment, and evidence-based reasoning in renal medicine.
• Identify gaps in AI understanding across nephrology subspecialties including glomerular diseases, transplant nephrology, and dialysis modalities.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and medical peers to improve model quality and reliability.
• Provide structured, expert feedback that informs next-generation AI development for clinical and educational applications.
