Job summary

The AuraOne, Inc. Nepali Bilingual Expert role is a fully remote contractor position focused on reviewing Nepali bilingual evaluation prompts and responses against AuraOne's quality rubric.

You will compare paired outputs, label edge cases, and document structured feedback for retraining. Ideal candidates have prior evaluation or annotation experience, strong written reasoning, meticulous attention to detail, and are available asynchronously for at least 10 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience in Nepali bilingual evaluation.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning naming the issue and rubric clause.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to flag prompts themselves as problems.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Nepali bilingual outputs against a versioned rubric and assign severity tags.
• Compare paired responses and select the stronger answer with rationale.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and route them for rubric updates.
• Maintain reviewer-quality scores by calibrating against gold-standard examples weekly.
• Document recurring failure modes for modeling team.
