Job summary

Prolific is seeking fluent Nepali speakers to act as evaluators for AI training tasks. You will perform side-by-side evaluations of AI-generated Nepali text, judging naturalness and cultural relevance to help improve language models.

Tasks are paid at $20–$26 per hour. You’ll complete short tasks from a quiet, remote workspace, reporting results in English and using a PayPal account for payments. This is a flexible, home-based opportunity with quick task selection.

Qualifications

• Must be a fluent Nepali speaker with natural, everyday written and spoken Nepali.
• Ability to distinguish subtle differences in tone, register and word choice.
• Excellent communication in English to follow instructions and report results.
• Strong attention to detail; backgrounds in linguistics or translation are a plus.
• Reliable access to a computer and a quiet workspace for focused tasks.
• Have a PayPal account to receive payments.

Responsibilities

• Side-by-side evaluation: compare text snippets to assess quality and authenticity.
• Naturalness assessment: read AI-generated Nepali writing and rate how natural it sounds.
• Quality control: identify where tone or phrasing feels unnatural or mismatched.
