Job summary

True Vet Solutions is expanding its national field-operations leadership to advance advocacy for veterans across the United States. You will build and scale a high-impact network of advocates, set standards, ensure compliance, and drive measurable outreach results.

You will partner with veteran groups and healthcare partners, leveraging data to guide budgets and growth while maintaining an ethical, mission-aligned approach. This role offers remote work across the USA and national travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading multi-state or national field, outreach, or operations teams.
• Proven record of building performance systems - and holding teams to them at scale.
• Fluency with CRM and reporting tools; you manage by data, not by anecdote.
• Willingness to travel nationally.
• Background in veteran advocacy, disability services, or healthcare outreach.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a national advocate network and field leaders across markets.
• Set hiring, training, and onboarding standards that scale cleanly as we grow.
• Own productivity, quality, and outreach output; run evaluations, audits, and corrective action.
• Ensure every client engagement is ethical, accurate, and mission-aligned.
• Develop partnerships with veteran groups, nonprofits, healthcare partners, and event hosts.
• Translate outreach and performance data into decisions and inform budget/resource planning.
