Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a National Account Manager to lead strategic management, growth, and satisfaction of national accounts in the collision repair industry, including insurance carriers and fleet operators. You will maintain and expand relationships, ensure contractual obligations are met, and drive cross‑functional collaboration with operations, finance, legal, marketing, and training teams.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in collision repair industry with ops/account management experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence at all levels.
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and data analysis.
Valid driver’s license with safe driving record and 50% overnight travel.
Experience with contract renewals, pricing discussions, and service level expectations.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage strategic account plans for national partners to drive long-term growth.
Identify expansion opportunities within existing or new accounts to increase revenue and service penetration.
Collaborate with leadership to align account goals with company objectives.
Serve as primary contact for national clients and maintain relationships across partner organizations.
