This contractor role offers remote work and a schedule of 20–25 hours per week. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of hands-on music or audio experience, with background as a musician, producer, or audio pro.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on music or audio experience.
• Experience as a musician, producer, sound engineer, educator, or audio professional.
• Ability to identify instruments, tempo, and musical key in complex recordings.

Responsibilities

• Annotate short audio recordings for instruments, tempo, key, and background sounds.
• Compare recordings and identify similarities and differences.
• Review AI-generated audio descriptions for accuracy.
• Document findings with clear, evidence-based notes.
• Participate in onboarding, calibration, and weekly syncs.
