Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building for live environments with multi-turn system interactions.
• Ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness in testing and evaluation.
