Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to contribute to AI training and validation for life-sciences applications. This remote hourly-contract position offers flexible hours and the chance to influence how medical knowledge is represented in next-generation AI systems.

You will review clinical content, interpret data, and provide expert feedback to improve AI model quality across biomedical domains, collaborating with a global team on meaningful projects.

Qualifications

• Background in medical affairs, clinical research, or scientific communications with hands-on experience engaging healthcare professionals.
• Strong ability to critically evaluate clinical data, publications, and medical evidence.
• Experience in a field-based or externally facing medical role (e.g., MSL, clinical educator, medical advisor).
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote, task-based environment.
• Detail-oriented with high standards for scientific integrity.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated medical and clinical content for accuracy and appropriateness for healthcare professionals.
• Interpret clinical trial data, publications, and regulatory materials and assess AI communication accuracy.
• Validate AI outputs in medical affairs contexts and flag gaps or misrepresentations.
• Develop and refine scientific communication examples to improve AI understanding of HCP content.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve AI model quality in biomedical domains.
