Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for AI training. This fully remote, hourly contract role invites experienced medical affairs professionals to review AI-generated clinical content, validate data against trial publications, and provide expert feedback on medical narratives.

You will work asynchronously, 10–40 hours per week, collaborating with a global network of scientists. Ideal candidates have a track record in medical affairs or scientific communications and can translate

Qualifications

Experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or scientific communications.
Ability to interpret and synthesize clinical data and regulatory documents.
Background in a field-based or externally facing medical role (MSL, clinical educator, etc.).
Strong written communication with scientific precision.
Able to work independently on task-based assignments.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated medical and clinical content for scientific accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness for healthcare audiences.
Apply understanding of clinical trial data, regulatory materials, and real-world evidence to assess and improve AI outputs.
Validate medical narratives, flag inaccuracies, and provide structured expert feedback.
Help ensure complex biomedical information is represented correctly and communicated effectively within AI systems.
Work independently and asynchronously — on your schedule.
