Job summary

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a full-time MRI Technologist to join an Imaging Office at a Radiology Group in Neptune, NJ. This role requires an experienced MR professional, with significant high-field magnet work.

The schedule is afternoon/evening and includes training to perform remote MRI scanning. CT experience is a plus, and the team emphasizes patient safety and quality imaging.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program
• ARRT(MR) certification required
• 3 to 5 years of MR work experience required; high-field magnet experience is a must; CT experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI exams with accuracy and care using high-field magnets
• Operate and maintain MRI imaging equipment according to established protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures, including screening for MRI safety contraindications
• Train in and perform remote MRI scanning as required
• Cover other shifts as needed in addition to the standard schedule
• Adhere to all department and facility safety protocols, especially when working near specialized imaging equipment
• Maintain required certifications and stay current with industry standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members as needed
• Utilize CT skills as a plus when applicable
