Job summary

Spieldenner Financial Group is hiring a commission-only sales agent to help families protect what matters most. This fast-growing team offers remote work with optional in-person meetings, flexible full- or part-time schedules, and hands-on onboarding from day one.

You’ll review coverage options, meet with clients, and follow up on applications, earning commissions that average around $600 per family. Most agents sell 5–10 plans weekly; training and system support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Client Outreach (6–8 hrs/week): Connect with individuals who have already requested information and schedule a time to review their coverage needs.
• Preparation & Research (4–5 hrs/week): Review client information and prepare personalized coverage options based on their financial situation.
• Client Meetings (2 days/week): Meet with clients virtually or in person to walk through options and help them apply for coverage.
• Light Admin (2 hrs/week): Follow up on applications and communicate with insurance carriers as needed.
