Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Experience: 1 year loan operations or 2 years banking experience.
• Loan documentation knowledge recommended.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel and Outlook preferred.
• Knowledge of MortgageBot Software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process residential loan applications and manage a pipeline to meet closing deadlines.
• Review loan files for completeness and to meet establishment standards.
• Proactive communication of loan status to borrower and Loan Originator.
• Submit loans to underwriting for conditional review and full approval.
• Order necessary documents and follow up with vendors/third parties to obtain in a timely manner.
• Ensure data integrity and proper inputs; TRID understanding.
