Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Consumer Direct Loan Originator to originate residential mortgage loans from fully remote locations, including Linthicum, MD. The role emphasizes consultative sales, borrower guidance, and adherence to mortgage regulations to ensure a smooth loan process.

You will manage inbound and outbound activities, use CRM and LOS platforms, and build referral relationships with customers and real estate partners while meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing required.
• Knowledge of residential mortgage lending products and guidelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans for purchase and refinance through inbound/outbound activities.
• Conduct borrower consultations to assess financial goals and determine loan solutions.
• Independently issue pre-qualification or pre-approval decisions within guidelines.
• Structure and present mortgage products that align with borrower needs.
• Maintain outbound call activity and lead follow-up according to sales strategy.
