Satori Mortgage is hiring remotely in a 100% commission environment. If you already have a network from real estate, sales, or community relations, you can convert that network into funded loans with our license, systems, and support.

We provide onboarding, coaching, and real support through the Satori Inner Circle. You’ll access live calls, pod leaders, and AI tools to win more deals and grow your own book of business within a national team of 50+ loan officers.

Qualifications

• You already have a sphere: contacts in your phone, past-client base, or strong community relationships.
• You are a self-starter who can generate opportunities without a leads list.
• You are coachable and willing to learn a new craft and take feedback.
• You are ready to work in a 100% commission environment with real upside.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own leads and build relationships within your network.
• Close funded loans by converting opportunities through our systems and lender options.
• Leverage onboarding, coaching, and the Satori Inner Circle to accelerate results.
• Collaborate with pod leaders and leaders across the company for rapid support and best practices.
