You’ll learn the origination process start to finish, leverage various lender options, and participate in a collaborative environment designed for scalability. You must be self-driven, coachable, and ready to work in a 100% commission role with

• You already have a sphere of contacts or a strong network to leverage.
• You are a self-starter who can generate your own leads and opportunities.
• You are genuinely coachable and open to learning a new craft.

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding and training to learn origination mechanics, lender options, and software.
• Use proven prospecting systems to turn your network into funded loans.
• Collaborate with pod leaders and teams through calls and Zoom sessions to close loans.
