True Financial Lending is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for our high-volume inside sales team. This full-time role focuses on closing residential loans with live leads delivered to your desk daily.

You will evaluate borrower profiles, guide applicants through the application and pre-approval process, and collaborate with processing and underwriting to ensure timely closures. Remote work options available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a high-volume inside sales environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

This is a full-time, inside sales role requiring a proven track record of closing residential loans.

• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan closures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.
