You don’t need mortgage experience if you bring a network and drive. We provide the license support, systems, and real guidance to turn opportunities into funded loans. Remote work means you can operate from anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have an existing network or contacts to leverage in mortgage origination.
• Self-starter who can generate and pursue own leads without prompting.
• Coachable and open to feedback, willing to learn a new craft.

Responsibilities

• Learn the mortgage origination process from start to finish.
• Build relationships with clients, real estate agents and builders to generate opportunities.
• Utilize coached systems and onboarding to convert prospects into funded loans.
