Job summary

Global Placement Firm is partnered with a top-tier federal bank to hire an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer for a fully remote role in the United States. The position offers commission-based pay with a draw and a full suite of mortgage products to offer clients.

You will guide clients through the home financing process from application to closing, originating and closing loans while building relationships with clients, realtors, and referral partners, all within federal banking regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mortgage lending experience (retail, correspondent, or wholesale).
• Proven ability to generate leads and close loans efficiently.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products (conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo).
• NMLS license is required.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Originate, process, and close mortgage loans for qualified borrowers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, realtors, and referral partners.
• Assess client financial situations and recommend appropriate mortgage products.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and bank policies throughout the loan process.
• Maintain accurate records of all loan applications, communications, and documentation.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual production goals.
