You’ll partner with a pod leader, receive ongoing coaching, and use AI-driven tools to win agent partnerships. Join a proven shop that values hands-on funding experience and real-time collaboration.

Qualifications

• You generate your own business through referrals, agent partnerships, personal branding or outbound outreach.
• You close what you start and focus on conversion over activity.
• You’re coachable and willing to learn our systems and feedback.
• You’re willing to work hard and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• On day one you’ll plug into onboarding designed by producing loan officers, not a corporate playbook.
• Receive real coaching and accountability, including ongoing development sessions.
• Join a national community sharing what’s working market by market in real time.
• Access 50+ lenders plus a correspondent channel and broker’s shelf to structure and close deals.
• Utilize Gemini/Agent AI tools and training to win agent partnerships.
