Job summary

Satori Mortgage is a national team of loan officers who train newcomers to originate loans—from lead to funded file—without prior mortgage experience. You’ll learn the mechanics of origination and how to run a file start to finish using our lender options and software.

You’ll receive onboarding, proven prospecting systems, and hands-on coaching via the Satori Inner Circle. A pod leader will guide you on live calls and mentor your development, remotely.

Qualifications

• You have an existing circle of contacts or a strong network.
• You are a self-starter who can generate business without handholding.
• You are coachable and eager to learn a new craft.
• You are ready to work in a 100% commission environment with upside.

Responsibilities

• Learn end-to-end loan origination: from initial contact to funded file.
• Apply proven prospecting systems to convert your network into loans.
• Receive ongoing coaching, with pod leaders and cross-team support.
