Satori Mortgage is a national team of 50+ producing loan officers who share wins and back you with real lending power. This is a remote, 100% commission role where you build your own business and never feel stranded on an island.

You’ll access a broad lender panel, ongoing coaching, and a fast feedback loop from leaders who still fund loans. If you want to be developed rather than handed lists, this is the place to grow. We provide boots-on-the-ground support and daily guidance.

Qualifications

• You generate your own business through referrals, agent partnerships, or personal branding.
• You close what you start; conversion matters more than call count.
• You are coachable, open to feedback, and willing to run with our systems.
• You outwork the room but won’t be doing it alone.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a personal pipeline of mortgage opportunities.
• Leverage our national resources to structure and close deals.
• Engage with borrowers and real estate partners remotely.
• Attend Bootcamp sessions and ongoing development.
• Utilize AI tools and GPTs to improve performance.
