Satori Mortgage is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to build your own business with a national team that has your back. This is a 100% commission, self-generating role with no guaranteed leads, but with hands-on coaching and access to 50+ lenders and a broker's shelf to structure and close loans.

You’ll plug into real-time coaching, ongoing development, and a collaborative community across the country. This remote position empowers you to own your pipeline while receiving support from leaders who

Responsibilities

• Systems and onboarding built by a producing loan officer, designed around what we wish we'd had starting out, not a corporate playbook.
• Real coaching and accountability, including Bootcamp Sessions every Wednesday where producers share what's working right now.
• A national community sharing what's working market by market, in real time.
• 50+ lenders plus a correspondent channel and a broker's shelf to structure and close deals you'd lose at a banker shop.
• A real AI edge, including Gemini in Google Workspace and custom GPTs for the way we work, plus Agent AI Masterclass.
• No income caps.
