On day one you plug into systems and onboarding built by a producing loan officer, with real coaching, a national community, 50+ lenders, a broker's shelf, and hands-on AI training.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work 100% commission.
• Ability to generate your own business.
• Strong coaching and accountability mindset.
• Able to collaborate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own client pipeline through referrals, partnerships, or branding.
• Close funded mortgage loans and build repeat business.
• Engage with the national community and leverage coaching.
• Work remotely with a supportive, fast-response team.
