Responsibilities

• Systems and onboarding built by a producing loan officer.
• Real coaching and accountability, including Bootcamp Sessions every Wednesday.
• A national community sharing what's working market by market, in real time.
• 50+ lenders plus a correspondent channel and a broker's shelf for structuring and closing deals.
• An AI edge with Gemini in Google Workspace and custom GPTs, plus Agent AI Masterclass.
• No income caps.
