Job summary

TAG Lending Group, LLC is seeking a remotely located Mortgage Loan Officer to originate loans nationwide. This role offers W-2 or 1099 arrangements with uncapped commissions and a track record of $1M+ funded monthly.

You will leverage HubSpot-powered automation, an enterprise CRM, and a collaborative support team to close loans efficiently across Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and other programs while delivering exceptional borrower experiences.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS License is required.
• Minimum two years of mortgage experience.
• Purchase-focused mindset is preferred.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills are essential.
• Comfortable using CRM and mortgage technology.

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans and manage the loan process.
• Coordinate with Realtors and borrowers to ensure timely closings.
• Leverage HubSpot and automation tools to nurture prospects and follow-ups.
• Maintain knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and other programs.
