Job summary

Leadling is actively seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers to increase earnings, scale nationally, and gain full control of their business with a National Mortgage Lender. This is a fully remote opportunity with access to up to 100% commission, 300+ lenders nationwide, 48 states of business, revenue share opportunities, scalable systems and technology, and optional paid BDC-supported opportunities.

Ideal candidates are active mortgage loan officers, self-sourced producers, branch managers

Qualifications

• Active Mortgage Loan Officer with valid license.
• Proven track record of self-sourcing loans.
• Branch Manager or team lead experience is a plus.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, autonomous setup.

Responsibilities

• Source and close mortgage loans using self-sourced leads and referrals.
• Manage end-to-end loan process from origination to funding.
• Collaborate with multiple lenders to secure best options for clients.
• Scale nationwide operations via a flexible, remote-friendly approach.
• Maintain compliance and proper documentation throughout the loan lifecycle.
