Job summary

Rate Companies is seeking a Licensed Loan Officer Assistant to join our remote team. You will support loan processing, communicate with real estate agents, and help prepare commitments and pre-approvals. Proficiency with Encompass and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Mortgage and/or Real Estate experience preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain NMLS license.
• Experience with Encompass or similar loan origination systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage client engagement activities.
• Maintain professional relationships with real estate agents.
• Enter data into Encompass and prepare loan documentation.
• Assist with commitment and pre-approval letters.
• Coordinate listing and open house flyers for agents.
