Qualifications

• Fully qualified Mortgage Advisor with CeMAP and clean regulatory record.
• Experience delivering high-velocity submissions in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with a mindset to leverage AI and data-driven workflows.
• Ambitious and data-literate with a bias for action in a non-traditional broker setup.
• Proven focus on customer excellence and rapport-building.

Responsibilities

• Provide mortgage advice in a high-velocity workflow with AI-assisted tools.
• Maintain outstanding customer relationships while achieving KPIs.
• Leverage the lead engine to secure pre-qualified appointments daily.
• Stay in the Advice Zone while the admin work is managed by the Case Management team.
