COCC is seeking a Mobile Software Engineer to join a small, collaborative team delivering secure, high-quality mobile applications powering critical banking experiences. You will influence product direction, engineering practices, and automation focus.

Responsibilities include designing and maintaining native Android and iOS apps, partnering with cross-functional teams, and driving modernization while ensuring quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing and delivering native mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Proficiency with Kotlin, Java, Swift, or Objective-C for customer-facing apps.
• Experience with Agile, CI/CD, and modern software delivery methodologies.
• Automation mindset to improve development efficiency and reduce friction.
• Strong communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain native Android and iOS apps.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, architects, and engineers to deliver features.
• Work within a complex mobile ecosystem to drive modernization and maintainability.
• Identify opportunities to improve development efficiency through automation and CI/CD enhancements.
• Troubleshoot production issues, performance bottlenecks, and technical debt.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Stay current with mobile development trends and best practices.
